- Wire Drawing: Pure silver is drawn through progressively smaller dies to create threads as fine as 0.2mm
- Twisting: Two or more threads are twisted together to form the characteristic rope-like wire
- Soldering: Individual elements are carefully positioned and soldered using a fine-tipped torch
- Assembly: Hundreds of tiny components are assembled into the final design, creating a unified piece
