This agreement is between Hüseyin Sayın, operating as Atelier Sayin (Seller, Tax ID: 7560007140, Halkalı Tax Office, Atakent Mah. Atatürk Cad. Olympiakent 22A/34, Küçükçekmece, İstanbul, Turkey) and you (Buyer). It governs the purchase of handcrafted silver jewellery through our website www.ateliersayin.com. All content on our website (text, images, logos) belongs to Atelier Sayin and is protected by copyright.
Orders are placed directly on our website and payments are securely processed through licensed payment service providers. You complete your purchase on our website without being redirected to external platforms. You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is verified. Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Product images and descriptions on our website are presented as accurately as possible. However, due to the nature of handcrafted products, each piece is unique and may show minor variations. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@ateliersayin.com. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Istanbul Courts shall have jurisdiction in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
