Return Policy
You have the right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. Refunds are issued to the card you paid with — we cannot transfer to a bank account.
- 14-day return right from delivery date
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer
- Once approved, the amount reaches your card in 1-3 business days for credit cards, 7-14 business days for debit cards
